Andover

The pretty town of Andover dates back to the Saxon era. Its attractive high street, narrow roads and 18th century buildings date back to the times when it was a popular stop over destination for coaches passing through the area.

Andover has several interesting attractions to explore. The Museum of Army Flying charts the history of flying in the British Army, while the Andover Museum and the Museum of the Iron Age tells the story of the town and its surrounding area, spanning several centuries.

Home of the British Touring Car Championship, Thruxton offers exhilarating driving experiences throughout the year. Alternatively pop along to the nearby Hawk Conservancy Trust where you can get up close to rare birds of prey.
