Hampshire Conference Bureau confirm partner venues to attend the Meeting Show 2016

Hampshire Conference Bureau are delighted to confirm they will be taking a stand on the AIM pavilion at this year’s Meeting Show and will be joined by three great venue partners to give attendees a more direct insight in to what the county can offer.

The Elvetham The Elvetham will be joining the stand on Tuesday 14th June. Set against the backdrop of 35 acres of well-tended grounds, the hotel offers 21 meeting rooms and 72 bedrooms, oozing with Victorian splendour and elegance.

Marriott Hotels Marriott Hotels will be exhibiting on Wednesday 15th June. The Portsmouth Marriott Hotel offers 11 flexible meeting rooms accommodating a maximum of 350 delegates with close proximity to the M27. The Meon Valley Marriott Hotel & Country Club is set in 225 wooded acres with a 27 hole golf course and is ideal for smaller conference and events

Portsmouth Guildhall Portsmouth Guildhall will be available to meet on the stand on Thursday 16th June. With a central City location offering a large auditorium for up to 2009 delegates, as well as smaller intimate rooms, provides a world class venue for private and commercial entertaining.
