Bistro 8 reopen their doors

Hampshire based food giants Wise Catering have taken over the operation of luxury bar and restaurant, Bistro8 inside Universal Marina, Sarisbury Green.

The highly facilitated venue boasts of a 40 seater restaurant area, private boardroom facilities and stunning gardens overlooking the marina.
The thriving marina is popular as a footpath route along the banks of the River Hamble.
As well as Bistro8, Wise have also acquired Coffee8 a hugely popular stop for walkers and marina staff with fresh coffee and homemade cakes served daily.
The Bistro is open 7 days a week with food service available all day, serving authentic wood oven pizzas, fresh seafood and a range of other local produce. Coffee8 is open daily until 5pm.
